Vision

To create a modern and luxurious living space that reflects the contemporary design ethos while offering functionality, comfort, and aesthetic harmony. The project aspires to transform the 3 BHK apartment into a sophisticated retreat that resonates with the homeowner's aspirations, embodying elegance, innovation, and meticulous craftsmanship.

Concept

The design concept revolves around the principles of contemporary style, characterized by clean lines, open spaces, and a balanced use of textures and materials. A standout feature of the living area will be a custom PVD finish TV unit, accentuated with stucco marble paint and intricate textured designs of POP punning and beadings, creating a striking focal point. The master bedroom will elevate luxury with an island closet, adorned with an organic-shaped mirror, blending modern design with functional elegance. Throughout the flat, premium stone works, bespoke furniture, and strategic lighting solutions will create a seamless flow between spaces. The design integrates curated artwork, decorative elements, and organic forms to add personality and charm, delivering a cohesive and refined ambiance tailored to the homeowner’s lifestyle.

Challenges and Solutions

Challenge: On the last days of the project, the wall paint got changed due to a code difference.
Solution: Completed the whole last coat of painting in one night by deploying more workers, and the Project Manager (PM) stayed the entire night to ensure timely completion. The client was pleased with the commitment to meet the deadline.
